Over 20 years ago, while working for a large Wall Street investment firm,
Michael W. Boone began envisioning a new kind of Wealth Management firm - one
without the conflicts of interest that comes from investment banking departments
and sales quotas. A place where non-commissioned financial planning and
investment management would be the centerpiece of the services and individuals would be the only clients served; not large corporations or governments. An
independent firm with the highest quality advisors focused exclusively on
helping clients toward their life goals and dreams. MWBoone & Associates, LLC is
that firm.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality financial advice and investment management with integrity and superior ongoing service to our clients. We believe that if we are successful in adding value to our client’s lives in this way, our business will continue to thrive. More importantly, we will have done the right thing.

We are not owned by a bank, a brokerage firm, or insurance company but are completely independent and management owned. Individuals like you are our only clients. We have no investment banking department to conflict with our client's best interests. no self-produced products and yet we work with the largest financial service companies in the world. Unlike most financial advisors, we can utilize no-load and load-waived investments with our clients, meaning that we can paint from a very broad investment palette to meet our clients needs. We utilize Institutional Class shares, which offer extremely low expense ratios, even for clients of moderate means. Independence means access to "Best of Breed" financial services.

Every one of our Associates and employees hold or are working toward graduate degrees or professional designations. Our principal, Michael W. Boone CFP, CFA has an impressive combination of professional licenses and designations. Michael was named one of "America's Top 250 Financial Advisors" by Worth Magazine. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP™) professional and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), as well as being a Registered Principal with Linsco/Private Ledger. He has licenses with various states in life, health, disability and long term care insurance and as a Registered Investment Advisor associate. Many of these licenses require substantial annual continuing education.

Relationships
We are fortunate that we have enjoyed many client relationships that have lasted over 20 years. We have a very low turnover of our clientele and our client satisfaction is the greatest single indicator we have that we are succeeding in our mission.
Client Satisfaction
When we finish our financial planning process, we send our
clients a questionnaire asking for their level of satisfaction with the planning
process. All responses are logged and totaled. Here are the average
